LIVES CHANGED BY JESUS

In the Kid’s Department at Ooltewah Baptist Church, we GATHER on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights to learn how to GROW in our relationship with Jesus.  Our kids then use that knowledge to SERVE others and SPEAK about Jesus to their friends and the community.

The mission of OBC Student Ministry is to see lives changed by Jesus.  When students graduate our ministry we long to see them regularly doing a few things that evidence the change Jesus has made and is making.

Nearly 2 billion people in our world have little or no access to the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are desperate for someone to share His life with them. In order to meet this need, Ooltewah Baptist seeks to live on mission and support intentional partnerships in our city, our nation, and the world for the purpose of lives changed by Jesus.  Join us in Global Impact Missions as we reach our neighborhoods and the nations with the good news of Jesus.

This year, 2025, we want to be known for sharing the good news of Jesus. The challenge for our church family is to have 2025 gospel conversations and intentional invites.

Whether in our neighborhoods, schools, or workplaces, we can engage in conversations that bring hope to those around us by helping people find and follow Jesus.

Through ARISE AND BUILD, Tennessee Baptist churches have committed to rebuilding homes and repairing as many others as possible working in collaboration with Appalachian Service Project.

Ooltewah Baptist, the challenge before us is to live on mission, adopting a family to fund the rebuilding of their home.
